What You’ll Do:
- Cultivate and maintain strong client connections to boost retention and expand our business.
- Perform thorough policy evaluations and provide personalized insurance advice.
- Address and resolve complex client issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Utilize your expertise in life and property & casualty insurance to engage and convert leads, both new and existing.
Who You Are:
- Prior State Farm experience
- Experienced in insurance sales or account management, ideally with knowledge of life and property & casualty insurance.
- An effective communicator with leadership qualities and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven success in achieving or surpassing sales goals.
- Confident and proactive in driving sales conversations and client engagement.

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
